So about this...

Well I am really passionate about leadership. I've been running small dynamic teams for nearly 15 years. My background is military, specifically the submarine force. An elite community in the US military. Basically I got a crash course on how to lead people under extremely difficult circumstance.

What did I learn? Well it is pretty summed up with this: Take care of your people, and they will take care of everything else. I don't do theory pieces. Nothing I put out here will be coming from a place of theory. This is all through application and trial and error. Stay tuned with the Blog. There will be a ton of great advice and insight in it.
